Our Helpline team knows it can be difficult to reach out for help. We are working hard to make our services easy and accessible so that you feel supported, heard, and hopeful throughout your Helpline website or call experience. That is why we are excited to announce website improvements that make it easy for anyone to be guided to the treatment and recovery services. Our new website also offers in-depth information to support family and friends, service providers, and others involved in treatment and recovery throughout Massachusetts.

How can improved Helpline services help you?

If you’re having problems with alcohol or other drugs:

Whatever your situation, we’ll assess your needs with simple questions and provide referrals best suited to you. We’ll answer questions about addiction, treatment, and recovery and help guide you through the care system in Massachusetts. You can find treatment and recovery services 24 hours a day on our website and speak with an information specialist Monday – Friday 8 am-10 pm and Saturday and Sun from 8 am-6 pm.
