Documentary: “Everywhere But Safe”

The SIFMA NOW Coalition will be presenting a screening of the short documentary “Everywhere But Safe” about public injecting in NYC followed by a panel discussion then question & answer session.

Panelists are SIFMA NOW Coalition members: Iru Fernando, MD (addiction psychiatry fellow), Jess Tiley (founder of New England Drug Users Union) and Sarah Mackin (Director of AHOPE Needle Exchange) to talk about Supervised Injection Facilities and why Massachusetts needs them so badly now. We’ll also talk about the current SIF/SCS legislation in MA – S 1080.
