Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Dose Verification

OTPs must have a mechanism to address OTP patient medical or psychiatric emergencies and dose verification occurring outside of program hours of operation on a 24-hour, 7-day a week basis. If a provider is seeking a dose verification for an OTP patient, use the documents below. If a response is not received from the OTP within 1 hour, staff should contact the Massachusetts Substance Use Helpline by calling 1-800-327-5050.
